DISABILITY ASSESSMENTS

Disability evaluations are complicated and challenging for both the clinician and patients if not done correctly. It required expertise, coordination and in-depth longitudinal knowledge of the patient's conditions and functioning. Disability assessment can help assist you receive ADA (American Disability ACT) Accommodations at work or in academic settings. You have to be an existing patient in order to request the evaluation. There are few different types of accommodations you can request.

 

  • FMLA

  • Shorter Work Day

  • No Overtime

  • No Evenings

  • Work Environment Restrictions

  • Extended Exam Time in Academic settings such as school, college or university

  • Classroom accommodation

  • Requesting IEP
